Return, Refund And Exchange Policy

At Plaques Wall, we take pride in the quality of our metal posters. Each poster is meticulously crafted to meet our high standards. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your options regarding returns and exchanges.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased has a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@plaqueswall.com with details of the product and the defect within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with returning the item.

To be eligible for a return, the poster must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective If you have received a defective product, share images at support@plaqueswall.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Exchange can be done on the same product for a defective item. Catering to the standards for our products; all the returns received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellation and refund is possible against any orders if cancelled only within 48 hours of placing the order.
Refund will be credited to the mode of payment used while placing the order
